I ensure our work aligns with brand identity, product strategy, and user experience best practices. I guide designers through creative decisions, keep work cohesive across platforms, and help raise the quality bar through structured feedback and ongoing dialogue (not micromanagement).

I manage sprint planning, ticket prioritization, and resourcing to keep projects on track and teams productive. Whether it’s clearing roadblocks or adjusting timelines, I help the design org run smoothly — especially in environments without a dedicated scrum master.

I partner with senior leadership to align design direction with business goals. From building strategic pitches to presenting creative solutions, I help communicate the value of design clearly and persuasively. I'm a go-to collaborator for rapid problem-solving and early-stage ideation.
Systems Thinking & Process Design
I develop scalable design systems, workflows, and best practices that help teams move faster and deliver more consistently. I lead internal workshops, documentation efforts, and hands-on implementation — all aimed at raising quality and improving efficiency.
Hands-On Design Work
Though I lead, I also contribute. I regularly design, prototype, and explore solutions alongside my team. Staying close to the craft helps me lead by example and keep a pulse on the realities of execution.
