  • Updating My Site Using A Responsive Design Workflow

    I've been planning and working on this site for the majority of the year. Tonight, I was able to get a lot of the current skin cleaned up, as well as give the site a minor color change to hopefully freshen things up. Next on the list is to get everything caught up to be future friendly , which means mobile. My chosen method to handle this is responsive design. Though responsive design isn't the best approach for every project, I believe it is perfect for mine.

    I will speaking, along with my coworkers Brian Dukes and Oliver Hine, at this year's Day of DotNetNuke in Charlotte, NC. Day of DNN is a full day of sessions packed with tips and techniques from DotNetNuke core team members, community members, and industry experts. This year's theme is "DotNetNuke Goes Social," and many of the session tracks will focus on the features of the latest release of the DotNetNuke application, version 6.2.

  • Ideas of March

    I need some persistent writing habits. It has been quite sometime since I planned these things. Painting and writing, solidifying what makes me who I think I am. I have done a lot to make those plans and create boundaries and rules; I just haven't done much to commit to the actions required to follow through with them. Need to be a little less Luke in Empire, and a little more Luke in Jedi.
